This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 23.08.2019 (Annexure P-1), 20.04.2021 (Annexure P-6) and 24.04.2021 (Annexure P-7) whereby the petitioner has been transferred from District Karnal to District Bhiwani which is in violation of policy dated 26.09.1986 (Annexure P-8). Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. Permitted to do so.
