This writ petition was filed on 01.04.2023 with certain defects. The defects, on being pointed out by the Registry to learned counsel representing the petitioner, were not removed within 40 days. The writ petition was also not taken back for refiling. 2.
The Registry has published the defects and made them known to learned counsel representing the petitioner, but to no avail. 3.
This writ petition with defects is pending in the docket of the High Court, since the date of its filing.
