Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to conduct investigation and submit its report in case FIR No. 315 dated 13.8.2013 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 380, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar, Hansi and to arrest respondents No. 6 to 16.

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Wazir Singh, has submitted that after thorough investigation of the case, cancellation report has been prepared and the same will be submitted in the Court within one month from today.
