Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned Senior counsel contends that he would be satisfied if the direction be issued to the Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate, Sangrur, to decide the representations Annexures P-8 and P-9 respectively in a time bound manner.

After hearing learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and going through the material available on record, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to learned Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate, Sangrur, to decide the representations Annexures P-8 and P-9 respectively, in accordance with law, within one week of receipt of certified copy of the present order.
