This is an application for withdrawal of the main appeal in view of the fact that the matter has been compromised between the parties. 2.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents till now in the main case and since the present application is for simpliciter withdrawal of the main appeal, there would be no requirement for issuing notice to the respondents.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the applicantappellants, the main case (RSA-875-2025) is taken on Board today itself. RSA-875-2025 4.

Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal as the matter stands compromised between the parties. Permitted to do so.
