(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 6. Learned State counsel, who is assisted by ASI Nirmal Singh, has placed on record an interim report along with the copy of the statements of the petitioners namely Ramandeep Kaur and Prince Masih. As per the statement, neither of the petitioners have received any threat at the hands of the private respondents (parental family) and they do not want to take any police security.

In view of the statement so recorded, the present petition no more survives and disposed of as such.
