**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 57 dated 19.12.2017, registered under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC and Section 3(1) (X) of SC and ST Act (later on involved vide DDR No. 013 dated 13.6.2018), Police Station Women Cell, Bathinda, District Bathinda.
Counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 20.7.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.
State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. She further states that the complainant side has not given any photograph.

Crl. Misc. No. M-30377 of 2018 -2Apex Court in Criminal Appeal No. 570 of 2017. The petitioners have joined the investigation. An affidavit had been given by the girl earlier which is now being disputed. It is a matrimonial dispute.
Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 20.7.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
