M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Dissatisfied with the police action, apprehending that the enquiry in the FIR registered at the instance of the petitioner would not be fairly conducted, the petitioner has approached this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for a direction to the State authorities to complete the investigation in FIR No.91 dated 15.5.2015, under Sections 323, 324, 326, 148 & 149 IPC, registered at Police Station, Lopoke, District Rural, Amritsar. Since the FIR was registered only in the month of May 2015, it will not be appropriate to intervene in the investigation unless and until it is pointed out that some statutory rights are being violated. It appears that the petitioner has moved an application before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar, Annexure P6. This petition can be disposed of in limine being pre-mature. Notice of motion to the Advocate General, Punjab.
