***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that on the previous date i.e. 24.09.2018, his presence has wrongly been marked on behalf of the applicant-petitioner, though, he is appearing on behalf of the respondent.

It appears that due to typographical error presence of Mr. M.K. Garg, Advocate has wrongly been marked on behalf of the applicant-petitioner. The same is ordered to be corrected in order dated 24.09.2018.

Since, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 24.09.2018, therefore, presence of the petitioner shall be treated as NIL. Presence of Mr. M.K. Garg, Advocate shall be treated on behalf of the respondent.
