In the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, at Chandigarh Civil Writ Petition No. 16765 of 2002 Date of Decision: 13.11.2018 Ramendra Sen and Another ... Petitioner(s)
Versus
State of Haryana and Others ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shekher Dhawan.
Present:
None for the petitioner(s).
Mr. Charanjit Singh Bakhshi, Additional Advocate General, Haryana for respondents No.1 & 2.
Shekher Dhawan, J.
Learned counsel representing respondents No.1 & 2 has placed on file copy of letter dated 14.08.2018, whereby State of Haryana has already issued notification that leave encashment benefit to the employees is to be paid, out of which 95% of the amount is to be paid by the State Government and 5% share is to be contributed by the management of college. However, there is no representation from the petitioner. On the last date i.e. 07.09.2018 as well, there was no representation from the petitioners' side. It appears that petitioner is not interested to pursue the present writ petition and as such the same stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
