HARINDER SINGH SIDHU,J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.77 dated 16.05.2020 under Sections 458,323,188,34 IPC registered at P.S City Kotkapura, District Faridkot.

Vide order dated 24.06.2020, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurdeep Singh states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 24.06.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
