Mr. Ashwani Arora, Advocate for the applicants. -.- SUDEEPTI SHARMA, J. (Oral) CM-6279-CII-2025 1.
This is an application for condonation of delay of 46 days in filing the present review application.
2.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay of 46 days in filing the review application is condoned RA-CR-43-2025 1.
Present review application is filed on the ground that the submissions which were noted down on behalf of the appellants with regard to the salary of the deceased were not dealt with. 2.
I have gone through the judgment, para 12 of the same specifically deals with the salary/earnings of deceased - Dr. Rakesh Kaushik, which is taken out from the record itself and is part of the record. TRIPTI SAINI 2025.04.29 13:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
-2After considering the same, it has been held by this Court that the learned Tribunal has rightly assessed the income of the deceased as Rs.25,000/- per month.
3.
Once this Court has taken a decision that the learned Tribunal has rightly taken income of the deceased as Rs.25,000/- per month, therefore, there is no need to clarify the same and this itself shows that the arguments of the learned counsel for the appellants are dealt with in the same para.
4.
Since, there is no mistake apparent on the face of record, the present review application is dismissed.
5.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. April 25, 2025 (SUDEEPTI SHARMA) tripti JUDGE Whether speaking/non-speaking : Speaking Whether reportable : Yes/No TRIPTI SAINI 2025.04.29 13:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
