IOIN was put up by the office for service of the unserved respondents. However, vide order dated 16.05.2025, since none was appearing on behalf of the petitioners, notices were issued to them in the main petition itself and accordingly IOIN stands disposed off. CWP-8678-2004 2.

Since none was appearing on behalf of the petitioners, vide order dated 16.05.2025, notice was issued to them. As per office report, petitioner Nos.1, 2, 6 and 11 are stated to have died. Petitioner Nos.3 to 5 and 7 to 10 stand duly served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf. The legal representatives of petitioner Nos.1, 2, 6 and 11 have also not filed any application for being impleaded as party in the present case. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 4.
