(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.56 dated 19.05.2020 under Section 61 (10) of Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Talwandi Bhai, District Ferozepur. While granting interim bail to the petitioner, following order was passed by this Court on 18.06.2020: - "...Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. When 25 bottles of illicit liquor and 95 kg of lahan were allegedly recovered from house of the petitioner, he was not present at the spot. Learned counsel submits that in the present case custodial interrogation of the petitioner will not be required as nothing is to be recovered from VISHNU 2020.08.11 18:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Pal Singh, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.06.2020 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
