Given the fact that the peƟƟoner is in custody since 07.07.2021 as per paragraph 14 of the present peƟƟon, the trial Court try to complete the trial on or before 31.08.2023 subject to the condiƟon that the peƟƟoner shall not seek any adjournment. In case, the peƟƟoner seeks any adjournment, then this order shall be recalled under SecƟon 362 read with SecƟon 482 Cr.P.C. without any further reference to this Court. 3.
