Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the order dated 08.03.2005, Annexure P-5, passed by the Educational Tribunal, Punjab, whereby petitioner was ordered to be deemed to be in service from the date of his termination.

There is no interim order staying the aforesaid direction as is apparent from the order sheets, pursuant to which learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 states that the petitioner was reinstated in service. 3.

In wake of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of.
