**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) For the acquired land owned by the appellants, the Land Acquisi9on Collector had assessed the market value at Rs.12,50,000/- per acre apart from the statutory benefits. The reference under Sec9on 18 of the Act has been declined by learned Addi9onal District Judge, Gurugram, vide order dated 30.09.2021.

It is conceded by learned counsel for the appellants - landowners as well as State counsel that similar appeals filed by the other landowners have been dismissed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in RFA-112-2022 9tled 'Smt. Bhavna and another vs. State of Haryana and others', decided on 08.12.2022 and that order has aDained finality. 3.

Thus, it is clear that the case is already covered by 'Smt. Bhavna and another vs. State of Haryana and others', as referred above and so there is no scope for any enhancement. 4.

Dismissed.
