The prayer in the present petition is for initiating proceedings against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for noncompliance of order dated 04.04.2024. 2.
Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of the reply given to the legal notice, which was sent by the petitioner, wherein it has clearly been stated that the claim was not sustainable. 3.
Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition. Permitted to do so. 4.
Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
