This petition has been filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging violation of order dated 29.10.2024, Annexure P-1, passed by this Court in CWP-33826-2019.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioners states that by virtue of order passed by the Government of Punjab, on 24.03.2025, some officers have been transferred. He seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant contempt petition with liberty to file a fresh one. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
