RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Shahid in case FIR No.159 dated 21.07.2017 under Section 13(2) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamardhan Act, 2015 registered at Police Station Nagina, District Mewat.

On instructions from ASI Ravinder Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 16.08.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
