**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to transfer her in Madhuban as per transfer policy dated 26.09.1986 (P-1), as her husband is patient of depression and is posted with respondent No. 5 on the post of Cane Clerk. In this regard, petitioner has given advance notice dated 02.01.2019 (P-4) but no action has been taken till date. The petitioner is seeking transfer being a couple case.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the advance notice dated 02.01.2019 (P-4) of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, keeping in view transfer policy dated 26.09.1986 (P-1). This exercise shall be completed within a period of three months.
