******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0035 dated 21.5.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of IPC at Police Station Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Heard.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner, despite cancellation of his bail vide order dated 5.5.2017, has not surrendered and his non bailable warrants have been issued.

The petitioner filed this petition seeking regular bail and on the undertaking given by learned counsel for petitioner that the matter has been amicably settled, he was allowed interim bail. Later it transpired that he has Deepak Kumar 2017.08.02 10:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document not made the payment under agreement.

Crl. Misc. No.M-30351 of 2016 -2Keeping in view the above facts, I find no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed.
