**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks bail pending trial in FIR No. 72 dated 27.5.2012 under Sections 326/325/324/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of present petition, matter has been amicably settled between the parties. He further submits that based on the abovesaid compromise, this very FIR has already been quashed by this Court qua co-accused of the petitioner. He prays for allowing the present petition.
