AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 3 for protection of her life and liberty as well as her family members at the hands of respondents No.4 to 8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, in support of the allegations made in the representations dated 10.04.2017 (Annexure P-2) and 02.08.2017, (Annexure P-3).
