******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the report of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Investigation), Tarn Taran, it was recommended to Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran to provide security to the petitioner. Despite that recommendation, only temporary security has been provided to the petitioner. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the apprehension of petitioner, verify the same and take appropriate action as required under the law.
