**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C, has approached this Court seeking direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to lodge FIR against accused persons, i.e. private respondents No. 4 to 6.. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and going through the record of the case, this Court is of the considered view that since the petitioner is not without any remedy, he is not entitled to invoke the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. In view of the above, petitioner is relegated to his equally efficacious alternative remedy, in accordance with law.
