**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (Oral) Civil Suit No.105 of 89/98, was decreed by the trial Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ambala City vide judgment dated 01.03.1999. The relief granted by the trial Court is as under:- "Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and discussion made above, the suit of the plainffs is decreed with costs and defendants are restrained from dispossessing the plainffs from the suit land unauthorisedly, forcibly and illegally and also restrained from effecng illegal recovery of Rs.10,674/- by any means. Decree sheet be prepared accordingly. File consigned to the record room."
Surprisingly, it is the plain5ffs- appellants, who approached the Appellate Court and the said appeal was dismissed by learned Addi5onal District Judge, Ambala on 28.10.1999.
The appellants have approached this Court.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he shall be sa5sfied in case this Court orders that the appellants shall not be dispossessed except in due course of law.
