ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel, per her instructions, fairly submits that there is no proposal to dispense with the services of the contractual employees, including those petitioners who are still in service, except in the event of a regular employee being deputed on the same position on which the contractual employees are currently deputed.
In that view of the matter, petition seems to have been filed prematurely. The same is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach this court in case the aforesaid statement of learned State counsel is found to be factually incorrect. However, it is made clear that those of the petitioners, who are still in employment, their services shall not be dispensed with by a set of SONU 2020.06.19 16:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
