At asking of the Court Mr. K.S. Aulakh, DAG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 3, whereas Mr. Vikram Singh, Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondents no. 4 and 5 along with Ms. Jaswinder, mother of petitioner no. 1 Aarti. At request of Ms. Jaswinder, she has been allowed to meet petitioner no. 1 Aarti. Mr. Vikram Singh, Advocate on instructions from Ms. Jaswinder states that respondents no. 4 to 6 have neither given any threats to petitioners nor would they do so. After hearing such statement, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he be allowed to withdraw the petition.
