RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representation, Annexure P-1. It is further prayed to issue directions to respondent no.2 to direct respondent no.3 not to harass the petitioners. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners would be satisfied if their representation, dated 24.01.2023, Annexure P-1, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.
