***** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of the FIR No.81 dated 28.04.2017, under Section 363, 366A/120-B of IPC and Section 4 to 8 of POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Phagwara, District Kapurthala, on the basis of compromise. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner statements of the prosecutrix has already been recorded before the concerned trial Court relating to the FIR registered by her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the parties are residing together and out of the wedlock a female child was born. All these aspects can be examined by the concerned Court. There is no purpose in letting the interim order to continue and more so in view of the judgement passed in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency (Pvt) Ltd. Vs.
