Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 127 dated 30.6.2002 under Section 307, 452, 326, 324, 323, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Khanna, District Ludhiana.

Heard.

Petitioner has initially jumped bail. Although, petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2013 but the fact remains that the petitioner is involved in other 17 criminal cases. Keeping in view the fact that petitioner is involved in other criminal cases also, no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out.

Dismissed.
