Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking transfer of investigation of FIR No. 255 dated 8.10.2007, under Section 451, 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar Rohtak to some independent investigating agency/Central Bureau of Investigation.

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Suresh Kumar, has submitted that after investigation of the case, untraced report has been submitted in the Court.

Since in the present case, untraced report has been submitted in the Court, petitioner can challenge the same by filing a protest petition, if so advised.
