H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition granting him liberty to take all these pleas before the trial Court. However he has requested that personal appearing of the petitioner in the trial Court be exempted since she has to come all the way from Himachal Pradesh to attend the dates of hearing The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.
