The present petition has been filed seeking is grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 59 dated 07.02.2026, under Sections 12 and 8 of POCSO Act and Section 351 (3) of BNS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 506 IPC) registered at Police Station City, District Palwal.

At the outset, Mr. Bikram Chaudhary, Advocate has put in appearance and files his Vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.

Vide order dated 13.03.2026, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the arrest of the petitioner was stayed and he was directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel has filed the status report by way of an affidavit of Anil Kumar, H.P.S., Deputy Superintendent of Police, Crime Palwal, District Palwal, on behalf of respondent-State, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions and on instructions states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In light of the above, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 13.03.2026, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 482 of BNSS, 2023. 6.

However, nothing stated above shall be construed as a final expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 7.

It is made clear that, in case, the petitioner is found involved in any such activity once again, the present concession granted shall automatically stand vacated.

It is further made clear that this order shall not be construed as parity qua any other co-accused.
