Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Petitioner has preferred the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.195 dated 02.04.2021, registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 506, 354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Kundli, District Sonepat. Vide order dated 25.05.2021, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned State counsel informs the Court that in pursuance to the same, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further custodial interrogation.

In view of the same, the interim order dated 25.05.2021 is made absolute.

Petition stands allowed.
