Mr. Ramdeep Partap Singh, DAG, Punjab ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) Petitioner was ordered to be released on interim bail till 25.09.2018 on the ground that sample of contraband recovered sent for analysis to Forensic Science Laboratory, but report is still awaited. Learned counsel for the State of Punjab, on instructions from ASI Surinder Kumar, has informed that the report of the Forensic Science Laboratory has been submitted before the trial court, however, petitioner has not surrendered.

In view thereof, this court is left with no choice but for to dismiss the petition.
