(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to safeguard the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent No.4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Head Constable Harjinder Kumar, submits that this petition has rendered infructuous as petitioner No.1 has left for Canada with her husband petitioner No.2. Respondent No.4 has no objection in their marriage from whom the petitioners had danger to their life and liberty.
