Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 10.09.2007 (P-2) as well as order dated 19.08.2019 (P-4), passed by respondent No.2 & 1 respectively, whereby claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds was rejected.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise his grievance again before the authorities concerned.
