(ORAL) The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent-authorities to pursue and take the proceedings initiated against respondent No. 5 by issuing the notices/letter dated 20.06.2019 (Annexure P-2), 10.07.2019 (Annexure P-3), 06.10.2021 (Annexure P-4), 09.06.2022 (Annexure P-5) and 16.06.2022 (Annexure P-6) to a logical conclusion.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of filing a representation dated 09.02.2023 (Annexure P-7) requesting the respondentauthorities to proceed further in the matter, no action has been taken as yet. Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, submits that the authorities concerned i.e. respondent No. 4 shall proceed ahead with the matter and take it to a logical conclusion expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present writ petition which is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration including the stand of respondent No. 5 and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
