Prayer in the petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 08 dated 23.1.2014, under Sections 392/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Khalchian, District Amritsar. On 11.9.2014, the petitioner was released on interim bail and following order was passed :- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has been compromised and has relied upon Annexure P-1.

Learned State counsel wants to verify the factum of compromise.

Adjourned to 10.11.2014 for verifying the factum of compromise.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the VIJAY ASIJA 2015.03.26 15:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-29639 of 2014 -2petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail on his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of SHO/Investigating Officer subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and on joining the investigation."

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Hardev Singh of Police Station Khalchian, states that in terms of the above order the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required at this stage.

Accordingly, the interim bail granted vide order dated 11.9.2014 is made absolute.

However, petitioner shall continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and conditions, as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
