Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks interim bail for two weeks in case FIR No.127 dated 03.07.2019 registered under Sections 304-B and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, however, Section 34 IPC was deleted in report under Section 173 Cr.P.C and Section 406 IPC was added, at Police Station Bhattu Kalan, District Fatehabad. Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition. Permitted to do so.
