Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 08.01.2024, whereby, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Charkhi Dadri, has, in FIR No.85 dated 19.04.2021, cancelled the bail of the petitioner and his bonds have been forfeited, besides his warrants of arrest have also been issued.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to approach the learned trial Court concerned, through instituting an appropriate application for regular bail. 3.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
