 !"#  $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Gurpreet Singh in case FIR No.96 dated 11.07.2015 registered at Police Station Sardulgarh under Sections 307/323/341/148/149 IPC.     investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In view of what has been stated above and in the light of orders passed earlier, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 04.09.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petition stands disposed off accordingly. #  !$   %&'(&)*"
