ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) On 28.04.2022 the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. On 11.07.2022 yet again the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. On 09.08.2022 the following order was passed :
"On first call, a request for a pass-over was made to get the status of the appeal verified. On the second call learned counsel for the petitioner has not put in appearance.
In the interest of justice, adjourned to 22.09.2022." Today again none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice. The petitioner does not seem to be interested in pursuing the present revision petition. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for nonprosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
