The Station House Officer of the area in question to make requisite enquiries as regards whereabouts of petitioner's brother namely Gurpreet Singh @ Gopi and to submit a report on or before the next date of hearing.

Learned State counsel, upon instructions from SHO Arshpreet Kaur Grewal submitted that necessary inquiries were conducted and the petitioner's brother namely Gurpreet Singh @ Gopi has been traced and is presently back with his family.
