The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.124 dated 04.09.2021 under Section 21 of NDPS Act, 1985 and 25 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran.
