(ORAL) The petitioner has been in custody w.e.f 18.06.2015 in a case registered at the instance of complainant Shamsher Singh with the allegations that the petitioner had duped complainant and two others of a huge sum of `10,50,000/- with a false promise to get the son of complainant recruited in Army. Though the allegations against the petitioner are very serious, but in view of the fact that challan has been presented, the petitioner has been in custody for the last about nine months, the petitioner can be granted concession of bail.

CRM NO. M-3047 OF 2016 (O&M) -2The petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court, subject to the condition that he will not leave India without permission of the Court and will surrender his passport, if any, with the trial Court before his release. In case he does not possess any passport, he will furnish an affidavit to this effect with the trial Court.
