(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing Criminal Complaint bearing No. NACT No. 250 of 2017 dated 10.05.2017 (Annexure P-1) titled 'M/s Ram Mehar Singh Sachin Kumar Vs. M/s Best Foods Ltd; and others); summoning order dated 16.05.2017 (Annexure P-2); order dated 13.07.2017 (Annexure P-3) whereby non-bailable warrants were issued against the petitioners and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been compromised in between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court. The petitioners have already deposited 15% of the cheque amount, in view of judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Damodar S. Prabhu Vs. Sayed Babalal H., 2010(2) RCR (Criminal) 851, with the Haryana State Legal Services RISHU KATARIA 2019.04.02 12:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-29610-2017 -2Authority, by way of demand draft. The receipt dated 18.03.2019, qua deposit of 15% of cheque amount is at 'Flag B' in connected petition bearing CRM-M-29675-2017.

Learned counsel for respondent-complainant fairly conceded that the matter has been compromised in between the parties. He has no objection, if, the instant petition is allowed and complaint (Annexure P-1); summoning order dated 16.05.2017 (Annexure P-2); order dated 13.07.2017 (Annexure P-3) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, qua the petitioners are quashed. Considering no objection of respondent-complainant in quashing the aforesaid complaint and orders and also the fact that compromise will bring harmony and peace in relations between the parties, this petition is allowed.

Consequently, the aforesaid Criminal Complaint bearing No. NACT No. 250 of 2017 dated 10.05.2017 (Annexure P-1) titled 'M/s Ram Mehar Singh Sachin Kumar Vs. M/s Best Foods Ltd; summoning order dated 16.05.2017 (Annexure P-2); order dated 13.07.2017 (Annexure P-3) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, qua the petitioners are quashed.
