(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset informs this Court that present petition has been filed for quashing of the complaint No.18 of 2015 under Sections 3(k) (i) 17, 18 and 33 Punishable under Section 29(2) of Insecticides Act, 1968 and the learned trial Court vide judgment dated 01.08.2019 has acquitted all the petitioners. As such, the present petition has become infructuous.
